Subject: [PATCH] Avalonia: Restore Color Space Passthrough for Windows/Linux

Limiting to macOS is no longer needed. Windows and Linux can also utilize this.

This reverts commit f61b7818c3330fa0cda3fcde5b1de51b1477bfa0.
