Princess Piplup 298e2cdefd Fix SaveCurrentScreenshot 
This fixes SaveCurrentScreenshot so it correctly saves the screenshot into the screenshot folder, it's no longer a stub

I was going to add the capture button so all games worked but tbh I only care for spongebob

* Flush internal driver state before unblocking input updates

* Rename Flush to Clear and remove unnecessary attribute

* Clear the driver state only if the GamepadDriver isn't null

* infra: Make Avalonia the default UI

Should fix CI after the previous changes.

GTK3 isn't build by the release job anymore, only by PR CI.

This also ensure that the test-ava update package is still generated to
allow update from the old testing channel.
