Stossy11andGreemDev 3cdae775b1 Add macOS native Audio Backend 
Adds Ryujinx.Audio.Backends.Apple, which is a AudioToolbox based audio backend for macOS (and by extension iOS). Also added in MeloNX.

* Expose AudioToolkit in UI
