Max c6fba938bb CPU: Increased base JIT cache size
@MaxLastBreath found that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom experiences inconsistent crashing with a limited JIT cache size. Increasing the cache size seems to help with this, and increasing it shouldn't degrade performance for other titles.

@LotP plans to look this over later, but for now, this should suffice as a fix for affected users.

LotP f98af9e175 gpu allocation optimizations
ObjectPool now uses ConcurrentBag instead if ConcurrentStack, as it has a smaller memory footprint.

Fix compiler warnings related to Audio Command Pools.

Switch gpu command initialization to use pointers, that way skipping the allocation of the command which is unnecessary.

Skip byte array allocation in Ioctl2/3 if it isn't needed (if the source data is all continuous we don't need to copy it to make it continuous).

GreemDev a7af26bc1f gdb: More cleanup changes
- Move the message handler into its debugger class part,
- Move all message types into one file and collapse 3 of the ones with no data into a generic, stateless message with a single property being its type,
- Add an Fpscr helper property on IExecutionContext along with a comment about what Fpscr is (similar to the other registers in there)
- Moved the Rcmd helpers (such as GetRegisters, GetMinidump, etc) into a dedicated Debugger class part,
- Fixed the double-collection (ToArray being called twice) in GetThreadUids & GetThread in KProcess

FluffyOMC 323f3f83e4 Prevent log from showing negative JIT cache sizes (32bit-int overflow)

FluffyOMC a763f7bfd0 JIT Cache Regions + HLE SoNoSigpipe BSD socket mapping
Instead of one big 2048MB JIT Cache that'd crash the emulator when maxed
out, we now have it where we add 256MB JIT Cache regions when needed,
helping reduce allocated memory where games don't use the JIT cache for
it, and helping bigger games that DO need JIT cache bigger than 2048MB!

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ff17dc48-6028-4377-8c73-746ab21ab83b)
(SSBU goes past the 2048MB JIT Cache limit that would normally crash
Ryujinx ^)

Also I added a BSD socket that Baba is You's networking for downloading
custom levels uses.

LotP1 5f17f9d766 JIT Sparse Function Table random crash fix
A couple of games have random crashing with the JIT Sparse Ftable changes, and it seems to have been caused by an insufficient int size returned by `AddressTableLevel#GetValue(ulong address)`.
It was 32 bits (Int32), but the GiantBlock (which is the current address table impl) uses potentially 36 bits for the first level.

LotP1andEvan Husted b8afbc858f JIT Sparse Function Table
More up to date build of the JIT Sparse PR for continued development.
JIT Sparse Function Table was originally developed by riperiperi for the
original Ryujinx project, and decreased the amount of layers in the
Function Table structure, to decrease lookup times at the cost of
slightly higher RAM usage.
This PR rebalances the JIT Sparse Function Table to be a bit more RAM
intensive, but faster in workloads where the JIT Function Table is a
bottleneck. Faster RAM will see a bigger impact and slower RAM (DDR3 and
potentially slow DDR4) will see a slight performance decrease.
This PR also implements a base for a PPTC profile system that could
allow for PPTC with ExeFS mods enabled in the future.
This PR also potentially fixes a strange issue where Avalonia would time
out in some rare instances, e.g. when running ExeFS mods with TotK and a
strange controller configuration.
